The excursion starts in Estancia Alice, located at 25 kilometres from El Calafate, and the itinerary includes an interesting ascent across the northwest side of Mount Frias. After thirty minutes, the visitor has the first panoramic view of the River Centinela valley. The vehicle continues ascending up to the highest viewpoint from where the group has an stunning panorama of Lake Argentino and its surroundings. This sector is inhabited by wild horses and cows.
After that, the vehicles start to descend towards the estancia; there, the passengers have lunch and, once they have finished, they return to El Calafate.
